• Maximum weight of 118 kg.
• Mandatory use of safety helmet.
• Not allowed for pregnant women.
• Not recommended for people with physical or mental disabilities or people with prostheses.
• Forbidden to drunk people.
• Use your bicycle responsibly, following road and traffic rules.
• Changes, cancellations and refunds will only be accepted up to 24 hours before the activity.
• All customers must check-in 15 minutes before the start of the tour. If there are delays of more than 15 minutes, the reservation will be void.

Deposits are non-refundable. To get a refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your experience start time. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start time of the experience, the amount paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 48 hours before the start time of the experience will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the experience's local time. This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If canceled because the minimum has not been met, you will receive a different date/experience or a full refund.
