• The activity can be canceled at any time due sea conditions or bad weather; 

Deposits are non-refundable. To get a refund, you must cancel at least 72 hours before your experience start time. If you cancel less than 72 hours before the start time of the experience, the amount paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 72 hours before the start time of the experience will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the experience's local time. This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If canceled because the minimum has not been met, you will receive a different date/experience or a full refund.
